On 21st April and every Friday afterwards we will send an email to all club coordinators with a link to our ticket site. Each of your players will then need to:

1. Buy a ticket 

2. Complete a google form to give us a few more details

Together, these will link your players to your club/team and we will provide coordinators with players who have signed up and their choices.

Last year everyone's ticket included a lunch, but this was difficult to coordinate and many of you said you'd rather bring your own, so happily we can announce tickets don't include lunch this year - we will be selling some lunches, but we will sort this out nearer the time. 

We have tried as hard as possible to keep ticket prices low but many of you will notice that despite removing the lunch they are roughly the same price as last year. The tickets that will go on sale with approx prices are:

• The Tournado* £31 - £34 - The Whole Weekend - Everything you see below...

• The Friday Weekender* £21 - £23 - Friday Bar, Dinner, Quiz, Disco, Camping & Saturday Breakfast & Tournament

• The Saturday Weekender* £21 - £23 - Saturday Tournament, Bar, Dinner, Bingo, Disco, Camping & Sunday Breakfast

• The Tourney £7 - £9  - Saturday's Tournament

*Tickets which include socials are capped to 250 for each night - tickets for the tournament will be capped at 50 teams (although we could probably squeeze a few more in if needed!)

We will need to set a few deadlines to make sure we have all the information needed to put on our special little tourney.

• 19th May 2023 - Theme announced (and vote closed - each player buying a social ticket before this date can vote

• 14th July 2023 - All food choices

• 28th July 2023 - All team & player details
